Atmospheric Black Metal Cat Excellent follow up... won't lie, I like the previous release better, but this is excellent ambient black metal on display here as well. Favorite track: Side B.

Matthew Toye First it's gentle, and soothing. Then it makes your ears bleed for 17 minutes. It's awesome, and that's why I bought it. Favorite track: Side A.
Aodhan Bulger

Aodhan Bulger It starts off with an amalgam of quiet, ambient drone/noise (I mean ambient in its true sense) that smoothly segues into guitar and instrumentation so fuzzed out and blurred that it comes across as essentially another ambient droning noise. Highly, highly recommended - it ticks your brain into a certain mood/mindset, the both of which occur in tandem, and at once separate yet unable to be divorced completely from one another. Favorite track: Side A.

Grimmrobe A brilliant and epic follow-up to its like-minded debut, Xothists' sophomore effort burrows just as deep into the subconscious with soul-ripping black metal. Favorite track: Side A.
Travis Niemeyer

Travis Niemeyer I've been waiting for new material by this artist for a long time. They pull off the whole "ambient black" thing perfectly, which is - appealing to three classes; the black metal fan, the ambient/noise music fan, and the ambient black metal fan. That's what sets them apart.
